Ingredients
- 2 lbs Sirloin steaks boneless
- 2 Onions diced
- 3 Garlic cloves minced
- 1 Jalapeno seeded and diced
- 1 Red bell pepper diced
- 3 Tomatoes roughly chopped
- 1 4 oz Green chiles diced
- 1/3 cup Beef broth
- 2 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flake
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 8-10 Romaine leaves
Instructions
