Sautéed kale makes a great paleo side dish or quick lunch. Packed with vitamins and nutrients, sautéed kale is not only tasty, but it’s also good for you!
This recipe is so simple your dog could make it! All you have to do is chop some kale, throw it in a pan with some onions and garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and top with almonds! The result is a crunchy, tasty, healthy dish that will have you wanting to make this dish time and time again. Want to mix things up? Try adding some shredded coconut or dried cranberries. Yum!
Sautéed Kale
Ingredients
- 4 cups Kale (washed and chopped)
- 1/4 Onion (diced)
- 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Almonds (sliced)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add the onions and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic, kale, almonds, and red wine vinegar.

Cook until the kale is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Season with salt and serve.
