- 4 cups Kale (washed and chopped)
- 1/4 Onion (diced)
- 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp Almonds (sliced)
- Salt (to taste)
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
