- 1 can Coconut milk (overnight in the refrigerator)
- 2 tbsp Almond butter
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Bananas (frozen, sliced)
- 3 Dates (pitted)
Remove the coconut milk from the refrigerator. Without shaking, open the can. Scoop out the coconut cream from the top of the can.
Put the remaining ingredients in a blender, with about 1/2 cup of the coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
