Poppy Seed Summer Squash and Carrot Salad
Ingredients
- 2 summer squash grated
- 1 Apple peeled and grated
- 2 large carrots grated
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions

Put the squash, apples, and carrots in a large bowl.
