Plan Your Morning (the night before)
Yup, that’s right. The perfect paleo breakfast starts before you even go to sleep. If you wait until the morning to decide what you’re going to do – chances are you – you’ll be rushed and forget to do it.
Plan your morning the night before – and plan for success. Get out what you’re going to need in the morning and make sure that your breakfast of choice isn’t going to take HOURS.
Wake up early
Okay, you don’t need to wake up at 4am or anything nuts, but wake up and give yourself enough time to get the day started. If you wake up 5 minutes before you have to run out the door – you’re not going to set yourself up for any sort of success.
Drink 16oz of cold water
This is going to help get you started first thing and wake you up. I find it super helpful to get this ready in the refrigerator the night before so it’s chilled and ready to go for me in the morning.
