Pastrami Wraps

Ingredients
- 4 oz Pastrami
- 1 Head green leafy lettuce (or radicchio)
- 8 tsp Brown mustard
- 30 Dill pickle chips
- 1/4 Purple onion (thinly sliced)
Instructions

Rinse and trim lettuce, and lay out flat in sheets.

Place two pieces of pastrami on each sheet of lettuce.

Top with thinly sliced onion, pickles, and half a tsp of brown mustard.

Roll, secure with toothpicks if desired, and enjoy!
