Crock-Pot Turkey Meatballs
Meatballs are one of my all time favorite foods. My friends and I used to walk to a meatball and sausage sandwich shop when we were kids. That shop is still open and I admit to indulging in the deliciousness it has on offer (bread and all!) about once a year. But there will be no bread in my Paleo cookbook! Spaghetti squash tossed lightly in extra virgin olive oil can make a nice side but I usually just go with a large salad or some steamed broccoli.
Jalapeño Crock-Pot Pulled Chicken
This Jalapeño Crock-Pot Pulled Chicken would be great on top of a salad or stuffed in a sweet potato. The options are endless! What’s your favorite way to eat pulled chicken?
Slow Cooker Balsamic Short Ribs
These balsamic short ribs, when made in the slow cooker, turn out incredibly tender and full of flavor. First, a spice rub is applied to the ribs before they are quickly seared on the stove. Then the ribs slowly cook for 5 to 6 hours with balsamic and tomato sauce until the meat falls off the bone. Serve with some roasted vegetables to complete this hearty meal.
Paleo Pulled Pork & Broccoli
This slow cooker dish takes boring pork and turns it into an exciting dinner in just a few steps. It’s especially good for using up any pork that’s not suitable for any other pork dish. Simply leave the pork to cook, pull it all apart, throw in some veggies, and you’re done!
Caribbean Beef Stew in The Slow Cooker
Who doesn’t love a good, hearty beef stew?! But why not go one step further and shake things up a bit? Add some spice and plantains and you’ll find yourself with a uniquely delicious meal that your friends and family will be super eager to try!
