This paleo chili stores great in the fridge and is perfect to package in lunch-sized containers and take to work. And it really is super easy to make – brown the ground beef and throw everything else in the crockpot and then wait. Yeah, the waiting part kind of sucks if you’re a chili fan like myself… but it is definitely worth the wait! The best part? It’s 100% paleo.
