They don’t use ingredients you’ve never heard of, you get a comprehensive shopping list to make the grocery store as simple as possible, and you get access to resources and expert help if you need it.

In simple terms, the keto diet switches the body’s fuel supply. Reducing your carb intake encourages your body to divert from its conventional source (glucose) and instead burn fat for energy. This means that people can see big weight loss pretty quickly.
