Everybody loves chicken. Who doesn’t? That is why I came up with a chicken recipe that will satisfy your happy tummy without ruining your diet. Paleo chicken marinade is dipped in honey and lime that brings a new and exciting taste to your ordinary chicken meal without worrying about gaining weight.
It is a cliché that when you are on a diet, you strictly must limit yourself from eating the right amount of food because of the typical concept of “eating less” Well that is not how we do it in paleo. It is made from organic ingredients that are proven to be healthy that makesyour foodventure guilt free. So the question goes, why is paleo chicken marinade healthy? There are three reason why.
First, Paleo chicken marinade uses apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is said to aid in losing weight. Second, Honey is a natural antioxidant which helps reduce the risk of some cancers and other heart disease. Third, it is grilled not fried. 1 tablespoon of oil contains 124 calories. With this recipe you can do away with all those calories because grilling the marinated chicken meat ensures less calories as compared to frying it with the usual cooking oil.
This is a very simple recipe that is perfect for a homemade dinner. Below are the ingredients and the procedure as to how you should prepare your paleo chicken marinade. Just follow the steps and everything is all set. You can now invite your family and friends to try this new delectable dish with you without the need of “eating less”. As the title says, I’m using the ultra sweet bee juice in this recipe. But it’s a pretty small amount of honey spread over four servings, so my caveman conscience is clear. But, if you’re afraid of sugar-laden nightmares, just leave out the honey, and double the apple cider vinegar.
