Hearty Fall Salad
Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts shredded
- 1 pear cored and diced
- 1 Apple cored and shredded
- 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup Toasted almonds
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
Instructions

Toss the sprouts, pears, apples, cranberries, almonds, and bacon in a large bowl. Put the remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well. Toss with the salad. Chill until ready to serve.
