Goji Berry Salad with Raspberry Dressing

Ingredients
Dressing
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp Raspberry vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 Garlic clove (minced)
Salad
- 4 cups Mixed baby greens
- 1/4 cup Goji berries
- 1/4 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup Goat cheese (crumbled, optional)
Instructions

Put the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake until well combined. Toss the salad ingredients in a large bowl and add the dressing just before serving.
