Ham and eggs is a classic breakfast combination. They are two breakfast items that were made for each other. Frying the ham caramelizes the sugar, giving it a wonderful crust which is perfectly complimented by the creaminess of the fried eggs. Add some red chili flakes for a little heat and you have a breakfast made in heaven. Better yet it is not only tasty, but it is also packed with enough goodness to get you through to lunch!
