Ingredients
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 2 cups Baby spinach
- 2 Leeks (sliced)
- 1 Carrot (grated)
- 2 Garlic cloves (minced)
- 4 Eggs
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper (to taste)
Instructions
