Cilantro Tuna Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can good quality tuna drained
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Zest and juice from 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
