Asian Salmon Recipe With Honey Glaze

Ginger, coconut aminos, lime juice, sesame seeds and a sprinkle of cilantro combine to lend inspiration to this easy and tasty Asian Salmon Recipe with Honey Glaze.
The coconut oil gives the salmon a unique flavor that will make anyone’s taste buds dance with delight. Plus this dish is so easy and delicious it is one you can quickly make any night of the week or even bust it out for a fancy get together with friends and family.
You start the recipe by doing a simple prep of the honey glaze in a bowl. Then you will want to sear the salmon on the stove top, followed by cooking it in the oven for a few minutes. Once out of the oven it’s topped with the honey glaze, plus a sprinkle of sesame seeds and cilantro to make a tasty, simple, yet memorable salmon dish everyone will enjoy.
The entire dish can be prepped and cooked to completion in under 20 minutes. How’s that for quick and easy?

Asian Salmon With Honey Glaze
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2- inch fresh ginger (grated)
- 1/2 tsp Lime juice
- 2 6- oz Salmon filets
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Cilantro chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

In a small bowl, stir together the honey, coconut aminos, vinegar, ginger, and lime juice. Set aside.

In an oven-safe skillet, melt the coconut oil over medium-high heat.

Place the salmon into the pan with the skin-side up.

Sear for 3-4 minutes until browned.

Flip over and drizzle with half of the honey glaze.

Transfer the skillet to the oven for 5-6 minutes or until the salmon reaches the desired level of doneness.

Remove from the oven and top with the remaining glaze.

Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds to serve.
