Ham and Egg Cup
6 slices Uncured ham6 Eggs1 tsp Crushed red pepper flake1/2 tsp Chili powder1 tsp CuminSea Salt and Black Pepper ((to taste))
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a muffin tin with coconut oil. Place 1 slices of ham in each muffin cup so its securely in the cup with the edges evenly above the sides of the cup.
