Spicy Asian Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil divided
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 green onions diced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 cups shredded Chinese cabbage
- 1 cup zucchini noodles
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet and add the mushrooms, green onions, ginger, and garlic. Cook until softened.

Add the cabbage, noodles, and chili sauce and continue cooking until crisp tender. Remove from pan.

Add the rest of the oil to the pan and cook the eggs to your liking. Serve over the veggies.
