Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground pork
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Shallow (minced)
- 2 tbsp Almond meal
- Coconut oil
- 4-6 Eggs
Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, mix together the pork, spices, salt, and shallot using your hands to blend well.

Form 6 pork rolls that are evenly sized.

Wrap each pork roll in a slice of bacon.

Heat the coconut oil in a skillet on medium-high heat.
