Instead of eating candy and junk food, switch over to eating berries, dark chocolate or other foods that are delicious but actually have nutritional value. Some of the ones listed here are

- avocadoes
- dark chocolate
- bacon
Limit Yourself By Time
If you’re going to cheat, make it throughout a limited time so your entire body isn’t completely thrown off. Limit the times you cheat to 24 hours or a single meal rather than completely offloading your entire diet altogether.
