The New and Improved Paleo Meal Plans
For years, Paleo Meal Plans has helped make Paleo simple and sustainable for people all over the world. But we knew we could do better. We want to offer you our very best – every single time.
We’ve listened to your feedback. Your likes, dislikes, wants, and needs. We’ve taken all of that into account.
Our team, along with our expert code writers, have built the new Paleo Meal Plans from the ground up. We still have those famous 15/5 recipes that everyone loves, but the user experience is even better now.
Paleo + AIP Options
And even more exciting – we now have an AIP option! If you have an autoimmune condition and want to try out the Autoimmune Protocol, our meal plans will make it incredibly easy to do so. All you have to do when you sign up is choose that you want the AIP track.
Each week, you’ll get all AIP recipes so you can get on track to feeling your best and healing your gut in the process.
What’s New in the Meal Plans?
First off, our member dashboard is completely redesigned. You can see the meals – breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack option – plus awesome pictures for each day of the week. We also include starter guides on the dashboard to help answer all of your questions. There’s a fun fact of the week and an invite to our private Facebook group as well.
As always, you’ll be able to view and download the full meal plan and recipes. You’ll also get a comprehensive shopping list – divided out into sections that makes it easiest to shop at the store (ps – if you hate going to the grocery store – stay tuned..we have good news for you!)
Cooking for 2? Or 4? You can also adjust serving sizes – so you always have the right amount of food.
You can even choose the ingredients and check out online – and have them shipped straight to your door (so you never have to step foot in a grocery store again if you don’t want to. Can I get an Amen?!)
If you’re meal plan comes up and you’re just not feeling it, you get the option to shuffle the plan – once per week. When you shuffle, you get a whole new plan just like that.

Want to have a sneak peek at one of our tasty recipes? This Chia Banana Smoothie will hit the spot. Each recipe in our new meal plans is laid out just like a recipe card – ingredients and instructions included with a picture for reference.
