Traditional granola gets a bad rep, and for good reason — it’s loaded with sugar and carbs. This version is low sugar, low carb, but just as tasty as your favorite.
There are some superstar ingredients featured in this recipe. Coconut, almonds, pecans, walnuts, flax and, chia seeds all make an appearance. These ingredients provide you with plenty of healthy, satiating fats that keep you feeling fuller longer. With just a touch of honey (try to use raw honey for the most healthful benefits), this granola will soon be your favorite go-to for breakfast or a snack.
Grain Free Granola

Total Time 30 minutes
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 2 cups sliced almonds
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon flax
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until rough chopped. Be careful not to over process — you want a texture that is grainy, similar to traditional granola.
Lay on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove, stir, and bake for 10 more minutes. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
