Goulash is a traditional Hungarian dish that is usually served with egg noodles. But as much as we love eggs, we don’t do noodles around here (so go with a veggie side instead). Goulash also usually has a thicker texture than what this recipe will produce due to the exclusion of cornstarch or flour. But don’t worry – the flavor is still there! If you can find Hungarian sweet paprika, be sure to use it but you can just use the stuff at your local grocery store too.
