If you’ve been a fan of the chocolate chip pancakes often found in chain breakfast places, you’ll love this recipe. Full of the flavor you love without all the bad stuff, this will become a regular in your weekend breakfast routine.
Chocolate Pecan Paleo Pancakes
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans
- Coconut oil for greasing skillet
Whisk all of the ingredients in a large bowl until just combined.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add the coconut oil.
Ladle the batter onto the hot griddle and cook until pancakes bubble up. Flip and cook until browned. Serve warm.
