Ingredients
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 mango diced
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 4 dates pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- Juice of 2 limes
