What a valuable share, thank you! Just printed it out and hung it on my fridge :)
This is truly a great reference for the 8week paleo challenge which I’m about to finish with my hubby in 3 weeks. Feeling healthy is becoming addictive and the 8 weeks will only be the beginning.

I was recently diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis and unfortunately my doctor didn’t really provide a diet plan to follow, only stating I should eliminate alcohol and reduce my sugar and fat intake.
I started with counting calories, however, the steroids (prednisone) increased my appetite something fierce, and popcorn became my snack of choice. I started to gain a few pounds, in addition to my having unexplained tummy aches.
A friend recommended I try the Paleo diet, so one by one I let go of vanilla creamer, popcorn, and the Friday pumpkin muffin from the morale table at work.
It has not been easy, but now I can turn down sweets and popcorn without issue, and I have no cravings for coffee with creamer.
I feel so much better, my jeans are not as snug, and my tummy is at ease. The hardest thing to part ways with was my vanilla creamer, this has been replaced with organic teas.
I did my research on the Paleo Diet and I can’t believe more people don’t follow it.
Your blog is awesome, thank you for the information you provide!
