Great Goulash

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Stew meat (Go for either beef or buffalo. Hell use venison if you’re the huntin’ type.)
  • 1 yellow onion (large, chopped)
  • 1 can Tomatoes (undrained, diced)
  • 1 can Beef broth
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (skip this ingredient if the small amount of molasses and sugar gets your Paleo panties in a bunch)
  • 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Mustard (dry)
  • 1/2 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 7 − 8 hours.
  3. Remove bay leaves and serve in bowls with a crisp side salad or steamed vegetable of choice.
