Breakfast Apple Hash

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 2 slices bacon (cut into small strips)
  • 1 Apple (peeled and chopped)
  • 5 Walnut ( halves)
  • 1 tbs Grass fed butter
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon (or more as preferred)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, scramble the eggs in the butter and remove.
  2. Add bacon to the skillet and cook until just about done. Add the apple pieces and cook with the bacon until the apple is slightly soft.
  3. Crush the walnuts and add to the bacon and apple.
  4. Return the eggs to the skillet and stir all ingredients together. Add the cinnamon to the mixture and stir a few times.
