No Bake Paleo Candy Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 c Walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Almonds (slivered)
  • 1/2 c Almond butter
  • 1/3 c Honey
  • 1/3 c olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Melt together chocolate chips, olive oil, almond butter, and honey on low in a large saucepan. Mix well until it has a nice, smooth consistency.
  2. Once melted, stir in coconut flakes, nuts, and cinnamon. Mix well.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon candy bar mix into even dollops across baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate candy bars on the baking sheet for thirty minutes or until hardened.
  5. Store in plastic Ziplock bags in the freezer.
  6. Enjoy!
