Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond butter
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tsp Peppermint extract
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • Coconut oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Place the almond butter, honey, egg, coconut oil, and peppermint extract into a large bowl.
  3. Use a hand blender to combine until smooth.
  4. Mix in the cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan with coconut oil spray.
  6. Spoon the batter into the pan and bake for 18-20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
