Tuna Cucumber Bites

These easy no-cook appetizers come together fast, and they taste delicious. The tuna salad can be made ahead of time and everything can be put together right before you need it.

  • 2 (5 oz) cans high-quality tuna drained
  • 1/2 cup finely minced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 seedless cucumbers thinly sliced
  • Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


  1. Combine the tuna, onion, garlic, dill, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Lay the cucumber slices on a sheet tray or serving platter and top with the tuna mixture. Serve at room temperature.
