Pineapple Ginger Paleo Pot Roast

  • 3 lbs Pot roast
  • 20 oz can Pineapple in pineapple juice
  • 1 yellow onion (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tbs fresh ginger (minced)
  • Salt and pepper ( to taste)


  1. Shake salt and pepper on the pot roast as desired. Place pot roast in crock pot.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Pour the can of pineapple with juice into the crock pot.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. Remove pot roast and slice for serving. Actually, it should be more like “pull apart” for serving. Serve with sweet potatoes or vegetable of choice.
