Chocolate Almond Pistachio Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Almond extract
  • Sea salt
  • 3 oz Dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Pistachios 9(shelled and chopped)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat the syrup in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir in the almond extract, a pinch of salt, and the almonds.
  4. Use a spoon to place the almonds onto the baking sheet in clusters of 5 or 6.
  5. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to harden.
  6. Meanwhile, place the dark chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and melt in the microwave.
  7. Take the almonds out of the freezer and drizzle with chocolate.
  8. Top with the chopped pistachios and a pinch of salt.
  9. Place the baking sheet back into the freezer for another hour to cool.
  10. Serve chilled.
