  • 1 bunch Kale (stems removed and shredded)
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt (or to taste)


  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Place the kale in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Toss well to coat.
  4. Spread the kale out onto one or two rimmed baking sheets in a single layer and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake for 15-18 minutes until crisp.
