Hearty Fall Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts shredded
  • 1 pear cored and diced
  • 1 Apple cored and shredded
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Toasted almonds
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Toss the sprouts, pears, apples, cranberries, almonds, and bacon in a large bowl. Put the remaining ingredients in a jar and shake well. Toss with the salad. Chill until ready to serve.
