Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoons ground sage
  • 1 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black  pepper
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients in large bowl until well combined. Form into small patties. Cook in the olive oil until crispy, browned, and cooked through. Serve with your favorite breakfast.
