Grain Free Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 2 cups sliced almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until rough chopped. Be careful not to over process — you want a texture that is grainy, similar to traditional granola.
  3. Lay on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove, stir, and bake for 10 more minutes. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
