4cupsshredded cabbagered, green, or mixture
1shredded carrot
1/4cupchopped parsley
1/2cuppomegranate arils
1/2cupolive oil
3tablespoonswhite wine vinegar
1teaspoonDijon mustard
1teaspoonmaple syrup or pomegranate molasses
Sea salt and fresh ground pepperto taste
Instructions
Put the cabbage, carrots, parsley, and pomegranate arils in large bowl and toss well.
Whisk the remaining ingredients in a small bowl or shake in a jar and toss with the salad before serving.
