Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh figs (sliced into quarters)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • Drizzle of honey

Instructions

  1. Clean and slice fresh figs. Set aside in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Toss fresh figs with olive oil and fresh rosemary, and drizzle with honey to taste.
  3. Refrigerate until chilled and transfer to plates.
  4. Serve chilled alongside grilled shrimp skewers, grilled fish, or chicken.
