Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 ripened bananas
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • Coconut oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add coconut oil.
  3. Spoon the batter onto the surface and cook until bubbly.
  4. Flip, cook until browned. Serve warm.
