Savory Grain Free Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 sun dried tomatoes
  • 3 Egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until you have a dough; don’t over process. 
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the mixture on the parchment as thin as you can. Bake for 1 hour. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
  4. When cool, break into crackers. Store in an airtight container.
