Paleo Trail Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup Pistachios
  • 1/2 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 cup Goji berries
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Put all of the ingredients in a plastic bag and shake until well coated. Lay on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, stir, and continue baking for 10 more minutes.
  3. Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
