Chia Fruit Salad

Make this salad before bed and you'll have a healthy breakfast waiting for you. Eat it with a hardboiled egg for quick and easy protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 mango diced
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 4 dates pitted and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Juice of 2 limes

Instructions

  1. Toss all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
