  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Banana (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup Agave Nectar
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1 cup Almonds (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the banana, agave nectar, and vanilla.
  3. Add the coconut flour and stir with a wooden spoon until well incorporated and a smooth batter forms.
  4. Add the almond milk and unsweetened coconut. Continue stirring until ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Grease a square baking dish with coconut oil.
  6. Pour the batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
  7. Top with the chopped almonds.
  8. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until cooked through.
  9. Allow to cool and then cup into 9 even squares.
