Form 8-10 sausage patties.

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Add a dollop of coconut oil.

Once the coconut oil melts, add the sausage patties.

Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping occasionally until patties are cooked through and no longer pink inside.

Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel lined plate.
