Rosemary Maple Breakfast Sausage

  • 1 lb Ground pork
  • 1 tbsp Fresh rosemary (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Egg
  • Sea Salt and Black Pepper


  1. Add all the ingredients to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Use your hands to blend the ingredients together.
  3. Form 8-10 sausage patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add a dollop of coconut oil.
  6. Once the coconut oil melts, add the sausage patties.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping occasionally until patties are cooked through and no longer pink inside.
  8. Remove the patties from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel lined plate.
  9. Serve with a side of scrambled eggs or omelet. Enjoy!
