Chocolate Chip Scones

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Combine the almond flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Add the eggs and maple syrup and stir with a wooden spoon until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. 
  3. Transfer the dough to a clean work surface and pat down to 1 inch thick. Cut into triangles or squares and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20 minutes, until tops are lightly golden brown. Cool before serving.
