Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until rough chopped. Be careful not to over process — you want a texture that is grainy, similar to traditional granola.

Lay on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Remove, stir, and bake for 10 more minutes. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
