  • 1 green apple diced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 carrot chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and serve.
