Balsamic Marinated Pork Chops

Tender and juicy pork chops are a nice change of pace from the usual barbecue fare of burgers and chicken. An easy marinade tenderizes the meat before grilling.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 sprig rosemary minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 pork chops

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a freezer bag or casserole dish. Let marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but up to overnight.
  2. When ready to cook, preheat gas or charcoal grill to medium high heat. Grill the pork chops until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
  3. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
